After studying for a year at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I can tell you confidently that a health coach is not here to give you a step-by-step plan that “works for everyone“, because that definitely doesn’t exist.

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach recognizes that career, relationships and physical activity, among other factors play just as big of a role in your overall health as the food on your plate. I mean, how much good is kale really going to do if the thought of going to work each day has you wishing you had the flu.

Our bodies are designed to heal and protect us when given the right building blocks such as clean water, whole foods and restful, adequate sleep (I love that one). Caring for yourself and focusing on your overall well-being is arguably the best medicine you could take. Very preventative & a lot cheaper. Health coaches hold space for clients to discover imbalances in different areas of their life and help to facilitate the healing process.
